Happy Mothers Day Mom!
I was raised by a single mom, and I have no shame in confessing that I am a huge Momma’s-Boy! When I was a kid, I loved leaving little notes or things around the house or the office for my mom to find just so I could see her smile. Don’t get me wrong, I was a terror of a child just like the next kid! But I also loved making her smile. 🙂
We always joked that we loved each other “to the moon and back and around again”, and on the back of every birthday or mothers day card I wrote a heart with J+L=LOVE inside. Cheesy? yes. Made mom so happy she still talks about it to this day? oh yes.
So, for Mothers day this year, I decided to make the most cheesy, 3rd grade gift i could possibly make… because I thought it would be amazing. and I hope it was. Here is the Mothers Day gift I made for mom this year.
Two worlds, both of us… together, as one.
And yes, I DO have the best MOM in the world. and If you don’t believe me, I don’t care.
